SECockpit Keyword Search returning "No Results"?

I recently signed up for SECockpit. I've been using it several times a day and the functions seem to keep dropping out and not working. For example, I click on "new keyword search" and it says loading and then nothing happens.

Other tools/services are showing a different number of backlinks than SECockpit.

The grid shows that a domain is available, but when I try to register it, I find that it is not available.

I noticed a discrepancy between SECockpit and Google keyword planner, but I understand that SECockpit gets its data from the Google Keyword Planner, so why the discrepancy?

How long should the average new keyword search take? I've added 2 new ones and they've taken unusually long to load. I recall this tool was lightening fast before - any ideas?

Why is the keyword I entered changed in SECockpit? The accent over one of the characters is missing.
