The only thing that may interfere is when you type in a new keyword, you automatically see Google Suggestions appear. It may be that under some circumstances the Google Suggestions may not include the special characters. However, you can always modify any changes Google Suggest might make by pressing the "Esc" key and edit the entry as needed.
